There are 12 Customer Service Centres (CSCs), 8 of them on the Attica Tollway, on the Moreas motorway and one more at the private Vehicle Inspection Centre “I. KTEO Komvos Amarousiou” 2 Granikou & Chimarras Str., Maroussi). There, users can get help on subscription issues, but also on any issue related to the motorway.

11 out of 12 CSCs are located at the entrances of specific junctions and along the two motorways; for this reason, drivers are advised to combine their visit there with their pre-planned entry on the Attica Tollway or on the Moreas motorway. Alternatively, users can choose our new Customer Service Centre at the private Vehicle Inspection Centre “I. KTEO Komvos Amarousiou” (2 Granikou & Chimarras Str., Maroussi), that does not require you to enter the Attica Tollway. We would also like to remind you that according to the Highway Code, pedestrians are not allowed on motorways and high-speed roads – which are distinguished by the special marking signs – as well as on their entrance and exit roads. A recent survey by Invision and Metron Analysis showed that the level of satisfaction of motorway users with the level of service they enjoy in the CSCs always stays very high. Specifically,96.1% of the users feel very/quite satisfied with the service at the Customer Service Centres.

**Subscription Cancellation: The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time, provided that they return the electronic devices that have been granted to them and request this cancellation from the Company in writing. The subscriber can return their devices by post and complete the rest of the process online via customercare@attikesdiadromes.gr or visit a Customer Service Centre on the Attica Tollway, on the Moreas motorway (N.R. of Corinth-Tripoli-Kalamata) or the new Centre at the Vehicle Inspection Centre “I. KTEO Komvos Amarousiou”, that does not require you to enter the Attica Tollway. In this case, they will need to carry their official ID or passport with them and return the e-PASS device or the special account card in operating condition and any available balance on their account will be refunded. For corporate accounts, a power of attorney stamped and signed by the legal representative is required.
